While it keeps a low profile, founder Yi-Che Liao expresses a distinctive sensibility in both drink-making and spatial design, making Moonrock a must-visit hidden gem in Southern Taiwan.

Inspired by the elegance and romance of the moon, Moonrock serves delicate, introspective cocktails that feel as if they were meant for your palate. Having landed and taken root in this city, Moonrock quietly planted a dream. Like the moon that doesn’t shine on its own, we’ve been fortunate to be lit by many who believed in us. And in that light, we’ve learned to glow. Along the way, we’ve been honored to be listed among Asia’s 50 Best Bars and recognized as Tatler Taiwan’s Bar of the Year.
